OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIROMENTAL
SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING PORTIONS OF THE
EMERGENCY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON
TRACT A, B, AND C OF SIDEHILL — FILING ONE
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate
certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such
dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate portions of an
emergency access and utility easement on Tract A, B, and C of Sidehill - Filing One,
more particularly described on Exhibits "A", "B", and "C"; and
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objection to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning and
Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that portions of an emergency access
and utility easement on Tract A, B, and C of Sidehill — Filing One, and more particularly
described on Exhibits "A", "B", and "C", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference, are hereby vacated.
