SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF THE BLANKET UTILITY, ACCESS AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOT 1, HARMONY MARKET PUD, ELEVENTH FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate
certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such
dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City a vacate portion of the
blanket utility, access, and drainage easement on Lot 1, Harmony Market PUD, Eleventh
Filing, more particularly described on Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objection to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning and
Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that a portion of the blanket utility,
access, and drainage easement on Lot 1, Harmony Market PUD, Eleventh Filing, and
more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
this reference, is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the Director of Community Planning and Environmental
Services of the City of Fort Collins this Nt day of April 2006.
