The strip of Right of Way between
the sidewalk and Carmichael Street was not shown as landscaped in the approved DP.
This minor amendment shows the landscaping that -is proposed for that area. In
addition to narrow sod strip in front of the north and south entries was changed
to planter beds to ease maintenance and watering_
