Since this is the back of the building, with electrical meters, this area needs to be sufficiently screened, at least to the extent of its original approval. Also, please be aware of the restriction on the location of the electrical transformer, and the screening requirements, as called out on Note Number 16. Also, please be cautioned that the site is in the Residential Neighborhood Sign District and Note Number 8 indicates there are restrictions on the approved architectural elevations as to location and size of wall signage.
