Dear Mike:
This letter is to confirm that the Harmony Market Owner's Association hereby
acknowledges that the storm drainage plan for the above referenced P.U.D. will require
grading and other storm drainage improvements on the Harmony Road landscape tract
known as Tract A, Harmony Market P.U.D. Second Filing. This work is necessary to
accommodate the site plan and location of the Outback Steakhouse.
We appreciate the concerns of the Storm Drainage Department and are pleased that
we could resolve this issue without holding up the project.
