All utilities and easements should be shown on the
landscape plan. All easements should be shown on the
site plan. Please note that no portion of the proposed
building is allowed within an easement (footers, eaves,
etc.).

landscape plan. Fox Meadows is a different project
entirely. I believe this project is Fox Meadows Business
Park No. 2 replat.

utilities and transportation planning. Comments are due
back to me on May 25th. I will let you know after the 25th
if all or part of the proposed vacation can take place and
the next steps to do so.

RESOLUTION NO. AD 05-22
OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING
AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A
PORTION OF A UTILITY, ACCESS, AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT
ON LOT C, FOX MEADOWS BUSINESS PARK NO. 2
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate certain easements by
resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of a utility, access
and drainage easement on Lot C, Fox Meadows Business Park No. 2, located on the Timberline
Road, south of Horsetooth Road and north of Harmony Road, more particularly described on
Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objections to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Community Planning and
Environmental Services of the City of Fort Collins, that a portion of a utility, access and drainage
easement on Lot C, Fox Meadows Business Park No. 2, which portion is more particularly
described on Exhibits "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby
vacated.
Passed and adopted at an administrative hearing held by the Zoning Supervisor as the
delegee of the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services of the City of Fort
Collins this clay of June A.D. 2005.

Attached for your review and comments is a sketch by the Applicant showing the property
located at 3744 Timberline Rd (Fox Meadows Business Park, Lot C) and the portion of the
utility, access, and drainage easement proposed for vacation on the property. The Applicant
is requesting the easement vacation because he would like to construct a larger building in
this location.

by May 25, 2005. If no correspondence has been returned by this date, it will be assumed
