for ten dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, hereby sells
and conveys to THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, a municipal corporation of the State
of Colorado, whose address is 281 N. College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80522, the
certain vacant real property located in Larimer County, Colorado, more particularly
described on Exhibit A attached hereto, with all its appurtenances, for roadway
purposes.
