Dear Ms. Wamhoff:
This letter is in response to the Minor Amendment comments received from the Current
Planning Department dated October 19 and 21, 1998. We have reviewed the
comments and have the following responses:
Water/Wastewater: The site plan on sheet 1 of 4 has been updated to show utilities,
particularly water/sewer services and mains.
Engineering: The site plan on sheet 1 of 4 has been revised to include a
sidewalk connection between the existing sidewalk along the
entrance drive and the new sidewalk north of the building.
Please forward this letter and enclosures to Roger Buffington for his review. We look
forward to your prompt review of these responses and approval of this project. If you
have any further questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Attached are the final vellum copies of the University Center P.U.D. civil engineering drawings,
lhrce copies of the Drainage Report which include changes discussed in our July 9, 1998,
meeting with Jeff hill and Basel Hamden and the redlined drawings from the previous submittal.
Please have these drawings routed for signatures. I have also include a vellum copy of the
Landscape plan showing all utilities. if this sheet is not necessary then please disregard.
The unit costs for installation of utilities necessary for the Development Agreement are available
from Bucher, Willis & Ratliff if you have not already received them. We are anxious to execute
the Development Agreement and begin construction so if you have any questions in this regard
please do not hesitate to call. Thank you for your cooperation on this project.

Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation has once again completed a revision to the Utility Plans,
Plat and Drainage Report for the University Center PUD. We have prepared the plans and
report utilizing the Site Plan provided by Concepts West Architecture, Inc. dated May 26, 1998
and the: City's comments dated May 22, 1998 on our previously submitted plans. We believe
that we have comprehensively addressed the issues and concerns to date.
Enclosed with this letter are the following:
Three copies of the Drainage and Erosion Control Report (including a letter to the City
of Fort Collins and the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan in the back pocket)
Three copies of the Utility Plans
Three copies of the Plat (inserted into the Utility Plans set)
One copy of each of three Landscape drawings from the Amended Development Plan
prepared by Concepts West Architecture, Inc.
