PROJECT INTENT:
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY - FORT COLLINS, WISHES TO CONVERT THIS PROPERTY FROM ITS
CURRENT USE AS A DUPLEX TO ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES FOR HABITAT. CURRENTLY THEIR
OFFICES ARE LOCATED IN THE HABITAT THRIFT STORE LOCATED NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF
TAFT HILL ROAD AND HARMONY ROAD. DUE TO THE GROWTH OF THE HABITAT ORGANIZATION
AND THE SUCCESS OF THE THRIFT STORE, THEY HAVE OUTGROWN THAT FACILITY AND
THEREFORE ARE IN NEED OF THESE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES.
NO EXTERIOR CHANGES TO THE BUILDING ARE ANTICIPATED AT THIS TIME, WITI-I INTERIOR
