14/30/04] The letter of intent from the property owner to the south was received. Thank you. Please submit a copy of
the completed easement to the City when it is completed. This is required prior to mylars.

for this condition and put up money for the construction of it, or have the owner of Lot 3 sign
the utility plans and DA, or revise the plans to not obligate the owner of Lot 3 to any
improvements that this project will not be making.

[11 /9/04] Under the previous project, a letter of intent was received from the owner of Lot 4
for the proposed drainage to cross that lot. It appears that this new submittal exceeds that
original intent, and that reapproval is needed from the owner of lot 4, and approval is
needed from the owner of Lot 3.
