I, Gary Mackey as managing partner of R.E.L.M of Fort Collins, LLC, give Nebarado
Construction, Inc. of Fort Collins permission to re -grade, and build the park that is located
on the east side of Little John Lane in the Storybook Patio Home project in the City of
Fort Collins. The park property is still owned by R.E.L.M. of Fort Collins, LLC and has
not been deeded to the Storybook Patio Homeowners Association. The official address of
the park, the mail box kiosk is 1802 Little John Lane.
