approved. The variance request for the 15' curb returns on Ziegler instead of the 20'
required by code have been approved. The variance request for attached versus detached
walks along Ziegler have been approved as well. Please list these variances in Line 48 of
the General Notes (can done in Final Compliance).

the driveway is shown in a darker line weight than the rest of the line. Is this portion being
replaced? Also, the manhole shown in the proposed ramp on the south side of the drive can
not be located in either the ramp or the sidewalk. Suggest another alignment that may work
for you... please see the redlines on sheet 3. We will consider a request to leave the
manhole in the sidewalk provided that no part of it extends into the ramp. Could you fax
over a drawing shoving how this might be accomplished? Thanks!!

submitted.
