(the slope easement will terminate at Sta.108+03, one of the property lines south of 36E,

2. Re -label the cross -sections with 15' slope and utility easement.
3. Indicate on al'I Typical Sections the "Min. 12" @ <= 2%"adjacent to the sidewalks.
4. Re -title a few sheets to correspond with their purpose and the Index.

1. Please show details of the proposed grading for Stetson Creek 2nd Filing. The
proposed ditch grading should be shown to tie in with the proposed Stetson Creek
grading.
2. Please clarify the ditch grading of sheet 4. The existing drainage facilities that will be
removed with this project do not need to be included on sheet 4.
3. Signature from the irrigation company that owns the irrigation line along Timberline
Road is needed.
4. Temporary construction easements are needed from the property owners east of
Timberline Road. Please provide copies of the needed easements.

use. If the use changes the driveway would need to go away and the access
to the site be from the parking lot for the pool area.
