l . Add notes as shown concerning the future use of the CR 9 access.
2 Sidewalk along CR 9 needs meandering or westward shifting around existing manholes.
• UTILITY PLAN SET
1. Need a signing/striping plan for the CR 9 access area.
2. Need a pedestrian access easement for sidewalk outside of ROW.
3. Need letter of acceptance from utility easement users if CR 9 sidewalk is shifted into the
easement.
5. Need to maintain CDOT clear zone requirements and check with CDOT on acceptance
of overhead utility poles in the clear zone and ROW (if applicable).
6. See comments I & 2, SITE PLAN SET.
7. Provide details of both accesses and a prelim. design of the future Corbett intersection.
9. Please provide existing Harmony Road data (lane widths before, after, & adjacent,
ROW, pavement edge, etc.).
10. Bike lane to be 8' wide and shoulder is to be 4' paved (hold adjacent slopes in ROW to
CDOT standards).
11. Need to adjust Harmony Rd. cross slopes to improve smooth driveability.

1. Label temporary easawentand state the future expectations for the access.
2. Site will require a 15' utility easement along Harmony Rd. and C.R. 9, and a 9'
utility easement along Corbett.
3. 1 will need to confer w/ CDOT as to their acceptance of the Harmony Rd. access
location. It is a little short of the location planned in the state access code, but
we are assuming at this point, that it is within an acceptable proximity.
4. New Harmony Rd. Bicycle Transportation project would be greatly appreciative
of any addiitional R-O-W / easement space Symbios could provide to help
facilitate the bike lane desired along Harmony Rd.. Contact Kathleen Reavis @
221-6140 for info..
5. Site will require accel / decel lanes on Harmony Rd..
