Add sight distance easement and criteria notes. 2. The 30' street width w/ on -street parking requires all units to be fire sprinklered. 3. The 24' street is too narrow for this project due to the quantity of on -street parking vs. # of units. We believe parking will take place in the 24' area affecting safety and access. 4. Legal and Plat map do not agree. 5. Driveway curb cuts do not meet city standards, see city detail D-9. • UTILITY PLANS 1. See all comments above. 2. Include the Plat w/ the utility plan set. 3. Slope of the land adjacent to the sides of the sidewalk to be <= 2% for min. 12" width. 4. Check slope + / - labeling on the street profile. 5.
