Re: Revised drainage plan for Cambridge Place P.U.D.
Dear Mr. Nichol:
Phil Robinson of James H. Stewart & Associates has redesigned the
drainage plan for Cambridge Place P.U.D., which the City subsequently
approved. I have enclosed a copy for your information.
Phil's design calls for the existing 6-inch curbing to be replaced by
12-inch curbing, and the detention pond outlet to be through a 3-inch
diameter pipe discharged at a point 20-feet west of the original
release point.
These revisions should alleviate your concerns. I have allowed the owner
thirty (30) days to complete the reconstruction. Please feel free to
call me if you have any questions.

Dear Mr. Murdoff:
Phil Robinson's redesign of the drainage plan for Cambridge Place P.U.D.
has been approved by the City. It should also alleviate the concerns
expressed by Mr. Nichol.
The reconstruction must be completed within thirty (30) days of this date.
A letter from Phil Robinson verifying that the actual construction
matches his design will also be needed at that time. Please let me know
if you have any questions, and thanks for your cooperation.

I checked the storm drainage detention area at Cambridge Place P.U.D., and
found it to be constructed as per the approved plan. The outflow pipe
has been extended to the west to comply with the outlet location shown on
the plan, and the bar grate over the pipe inlet has been cut down to allow
the correct amount of flow.
