A final soils report and a pavement design will be required for the streets prior to construction.
This report is only a preliminary report. The pavement recommendations in this preliminary report
will need to be removed and the report resubmitted as per the City's requirements .New
borings wilhneed to be made after utilities are installed and the streets are rough graded. The
pavement design needs to be based on the new borings, and traffic information from the City's
Engineering office.

3. Show repair limits of asphalt repairs on Cty. Rd. 9. Add note re: final limits of repair to be
determined by City Engineering Inspector
4. Stub and plug future sewer line outside of proposed asphalt pavement
5. Provide church information with this plan as reference
6. Add riprap at ends of curb and gutter. Show detail of curb and gutter transition into barrow
ditch.
7. Request variance to street standards for design of Charlie Lane that do not meet City
standards, based upon an existing gravel street being upgraded to pavement C&G and sidewalk
8. Straight-line cross slopes on Cry. Rd 9 as per 1.02.03.14 (d)
