[5/10/06] Please remove "PDP" from the title on the construction drawings.
Number:46 Created:5/10/2006 Resolved
[7/19/06] Carried over for reference. With the proposed emergency access easement,
please provide a legal description for review in advance of any signed easement.
[5/10/06] If additional easements are required for dedication to the City (utility, drainage,
etc.) a Transportation Development Review Fee will be required.
Number:53 Created:4116/2007 Resolved
[4/16107] All the documents should have the same title, please coordinate between the
various documents.
Number:62 Created:4/16/2007 Resolved
[4/16/071 The project will need to pay a Transportation Development Review Fee for a
project development plan as a result of the property being platted. We are understanding
that a 2nd final compliance TDRF fee of $1,000 was paid with this most recent submittal
after a previous $1,000 paid last year. If this is the case, the TDRF fee for the replat would
be offset by the 2nd $1,000 fee. The TDRF fee for the replat would be $2,000 plus a $250
per acre fee.
Number:78 Created:711812007 Pending
[7/18/07] Pertaining to #76, is there some sort of maintenance and ownership document
being worked out (or already worked out) for Tract A?

existing tree and the tail connection and the existing swale.

meeting was the northern most sidewalk connecting to the existing trail was moved
more south to follow the parking lot cub until it meets the retaining wall where it curves
away from the tree. Grading cuts in the areas of the tree drip lines with be minimize and

[4116107] The project will need to pay a Transportation Development Review Fee
for a project development plan as a result of the property being platted. We are
understanding that a 2nd final compliance TDRF fee of $1,000 was paid with this
most recent submittal after a previous $1,000 paid last year. If this is the case,
the TDRF fee for the replat would be offset by the 2nd $1,000 fee. The TDRF fee
for the replat would be $2,000 plus a $250 per acre fee.
A check for $2072.50 is being submitted with this submittal. This should pay the
remainder of the balanced owed for the re -plat.
