Though this cannot be required with the proposed development on lots 9 and 10, this dedication would benifit the water/wastewater utility in the event that any maintainance work had to be done on the sewer line. Sheet 2: • Show the sanitary sewer easement. • The `Final Development Plan' shows a 6' rear lot utility easement. Show all existing easements. • Show all easements and right-of-way lines. If adequate ROW has not already been dedicated for Spring Court and Johnson Drive, then it should be with this development.
