Provide detail of saw cut and patching in College Avenue necessary for curb and gutter
construction.
Use the Standard Cross Section for an Arterial Street with 115 feet of Right of Way. This
cross section will allow for the addition of a bike lane along the property's frontage.
Eliminate the planting area between the sidewalk and the R.O.W. and reduce the width of
the sidewalk to 6 iFeet. The back of walk shall be located at the R.O.W. line so room is
available for an on street bike lane on N. College Avenue in the future.
The location of the curb and gutter may make it necessary to relocate the fire hydrant at
the north access location.
