1- Provide a 15 foot utility easement on lot 8 along Lemay Row. A 15 foot utility
easement is required along all arterials.
2. Need to define what the noise abatement easement is. Does this restrict
fences, grading, construction - what exactly is a noise abatement easement?

3. Provide information on what condition the existing streets are in. This is
needed to determine if any off site improvements are needed for increased traffic
and/or construction vehicle impacts. This needs to be provided prior to or on
revision date for final hearing in front of the P&Z board.
4.The curb and gutter at the north end of Tenth Street needs to go around the
curve (with a 15 foot radius). The sidewalk can be ended at the beginning of

5. Provide additional elevations as shown on sheet 6.
6. Need to use the new pedestrian ramp details that were adopted in may of
1996.
7. The sidewalk culvert at the intersection of Eleventh Street and Romero Street
is shown to have a 6 foot opening on the plan submitted with the original
drainage and erosion control report. These plans show it at only a 2 foot
opening. Which is correct. Will water be backing up with the 2 foot opening?
The cross pan leading up to this culvert needs to be a 12 foot pan with a 1% inch
depth per section 1.02.03.12 for a mid block cross pan.
