RE: REQUEST TO VACATE A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT
Attached for your review and comment is a vacation request and sketch by the Applicant
showing 1600 Collins Ct, located north of Laporte and west of Fishback. An existing six (6)
foot utility easement (as shown in the attached Exhibits) is proposed to be reduced to four
(4) feet. The Applicant is requesting that two (2) feet of the easement be vacated because
they have built an accessory building over that portion. Also included with this memorandum
is a copy of the applicant's request.
Please sign and return any comments to Susan Joy in the Development Review
Department by March 8, 2005. If no correspondence has been returned by this date, it will
be assumed that you have no objections to the proposed vacation. Please feel free to

Problems/Concerns as follows:
Comcast Cable does have facilities in the rear lot underground utility easement. The
home owner will have to have locates done and set up a on site meeting with me so we
can verify that we are clear in the 2 foot area that is being requested for Vacation.
