ANY DAMAGES WHICH OCCURRED PRIOR TO THE END OF SAID TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD AND WHICH ARE UNREPAIRED AT THE TERMINATION OF SAID PERIOD SHALL REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE UNDERSIGNED.
