Re: Redwood Village
Dear Jay,
The public right-of-way improvements installed in conjunction with
this subdivision have been inspected and initially accepted by the
City pending the contractor's one-year warranty period. This includes
water main, sanitary sewer mains, street construction, street lights
and street signs.
Please be aware this acceptance does not relieve the developer or
his contractors of their responsibility to repair any damage which
may occur through the construction of homes or future utilities.
Sincerely,
David Stringer

Re: Redwood Village PUD
Dear Mr. Jacobson:
As you requested, I am sending you this letter to confirm what off -site
drainage improvements will be required for the 1st Phase of Redwood
Village.
Attached please find a copy of a letter from Robert L. Lenz dated
December 8, 1.982 requesting a variance to detention requirements for
Phase I. In the letter he indicates runoff will be routed to the
existing detention pond in the eastern corner of the site. The pond
has already been excavated and all that will be required is to
construct the open channel shown on Sheet 5/5 of the Utility Plans
to the pond.
Please feel free to call me if you require additional information.
Sincerely,

Re: Redwood Village PUD, Phase I
This is to inform you that the sanitary sewer mains and water mains
installed to date by your firm in Redwood Village P.U.D., Phase I,
have been inspected and accepted by the City pending the normal
contractor warranty period.
It should also be noted that I have inspected all manholes and
water gate valve boxes at this time and found all to be in place,
free of debris, accessible and in good repair.
Sincerely,
Rodney R. Albers
