There have been preliminary discussions with Mike Herzig concerning
additional R.O.W. that may be required behind the proposed turn lane.
This was not :mentioned in staff comments, but may have a significant
impact on the site layout, so we would like some additional input from
you.

The attached sketch is a revision of the site plan submitted.
The R.O.W. has been shifted to provide 4.5' behind flowline and(a 4
walk. There is an additional 4' between the walk and the entry vh ll.
I have also added a pork chop island to limit turning, lanes are 12'.
Please comment on this and the relation to the access ramp.

I understand the turning lane will also need to be longer than shown on
our site plan, which will also change the configuration of the walk,��-
probably causing it to be detached across the whole site.
These are the chief concerns that affect the layout of the site. If you �\V
can give some: guidance, some of this can be resolved before we submit �'
revisions on Aug. 4.
