Pursuant to your conversation with my secretary this date,
enclosed are the following documents:
1. Five (5) counterparts of the Development Agreement
between City of Fort Collins and Sharp Point Properties, LLC -
which have been executed by William W. Reynolds on behalf of
Sharp Point Properties, LLC.
2. Mylar of final plat.
Please being the process of circulating these documents for
signature by the appropriate divisions of the City of Fort
Collins.
As my secretary indicate to you, a closing involving Lot 1,
Spring Center, is tentatively scheduled for Friday, February 16,
2001. If assistance from our office to get these documents
processed would be helpful, please contact us. Also, please
inform our office as to the individuals who will be executing
the counterparts of the Development Agreement on behalf of the
various divisions of the City.

hopefully this configuration should work. I also showed the existing utilities being relocated according to
their original spacings from the edge of asphalt.

Re: DCP Application for Spring Creek Center — Phase 1
Dear Mr. Blank,
Please find enclosed an application for the Development Construction Permit associated with the
Spring Creek Center — Phase 1 project being proposed. As you are aware, a Development
Construction Permit: is required for all development within the City of Fort Collins City limits and
needs to be obtained prior to any construction activity. You will also find enclosed, a brochure
explaining the process and fees associated with the DCP. Please complete the application with the
necessary information and return it to this office including the additional items noted on page 4 of
the application.
City staff is still reviewing the phasing plan and the Engineering Department is still in the process
of modifying the Development Agreement. However I wanted to try and expedite the remaining
items needed to complete this project.
