Saint Joseph Parish School expansion Eliminate general note number 2 February 17, 1999 Indicate width of new driveway and distance it is from property line or other access drive. Provide concrete to property line at new driveway. Make sure that the new driveway location works with the layout of the parking lot - as per foresters comments the tree can not be removed, so drive must be moved. A drive isle is needed in the parking lot - no dead-end parking. Make changes to details as shown on the plans It is a driveway detail - modify to reflect the drive requirements Provide the dowel detail Provide sidewalk ramp detail See additional comments on the plans. Are there any existing easements that need to be vacated or any that will need to be dedicated? (For the Sewerline?)
