10. ADEQUATE SECURITY LIGHTING FOR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS IS TO

14. TWO REQUESTS FOR MODIFICATION OF STANDARDS WERE APPROVED
DURING THE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPLICATION:
THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR ATTACHED
TWO-FAMILY AND MULTI -FAMILY DWELLINGS, AS PRESENTED IN THE TABLE IN
SECTION 3.2.2(K)(1)(A) OF THE LAND USE CODE, WAS MODIFIED TO 2.0
OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR FOUR OR MORE BEDROOMS PER
DWELLING UNIT.
THE MINIMUM SIDE YARD SETBACKS CALLED FOR IN SECTION 3.5.2(D)(3) OF
THE LAND USE CODE WERE MODIFIED TO ALLOW A 3-FOOT SIDE YARD
SETBACK ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DWELLING.
15. PARKING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ALONG THE INTERIOR OF PRAIRIE
VISTA DRIVE ADJACENT TO THE TRACT B AND TRACT C MEDIANS, BUT
RATHER ONLY ALONG THE OUTSIDE EDGE OF THE STREET.
16. PARKING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ANYWHERE ALONG THE STREETS
FRONTING LOTS 17-22.
17. PARKING ALONG FROMME PRAIRIE WAY WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED IN
DESIGNATED, INSET PARALLEL PARKING STALLS. FROMME PRAIRIE WAY TO
