The following bullets are the variances that we are requesting: Iowa Drive • Use a proposed 72-foot r/w with 50-foot flow line between Custer Drive and Johnson's Way. Johnson's Way ti/�Idse a centerline radius of 240-feet. /� • Use a proposed 72-foot r/w with 50-foot flow line. w—Use 70-foot tangents at the intersections with Drake Road and Iowa Drive (see attached fax) • Use a K-Value for sag vertical curves of 31 and 37. Waukee Drive • Use no tangent at intersection with Kansas Drive (see attached fax). • Use a proposed 72-foot r/w with 50-foot flow line. Limon Drive • Use 63-foot r/w with 42-foot flow line to meet existing road. Lois Lane • Use 50-foot tangent at intersection with Limon Drive. • Use 55-foot r/w with 34-foot flow line.
