• WHAT TYPE OF PIPE IS THE IRRIGATION LINE?
• NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE SEWER LINE IS OUT BEYOND THE WING WALLS OF THE

PARCEL 'A' SANITARY SEWER - REVIEW COMMENTS MARCH 1 6, 1 996
(PAGE 2 OF 2)
SANITARY SEWER - PLAN AND PROFILE
• A DISTANCE OF I .75 FEET IS SHOWN BETWEEN THE SANITARY SEWER LINE AND THE
STORMDRAIN WILL THE SUBDRAIN FIT THROUGH HERE, IF YOU IGNORE THE PIPE
THICKNESS THERE IS ONLY I INCH OF CLEARANCE.
• A HYDROLOGIC STUDY IS NEEDED FOR THE UNDERDRAIN. A SEPARATE SYSTEM IS
PROBABLY NEEDED. THE EXISTING SYSTEM SOUNDS LIKE IT IS CURRENTLY UNDERSIZED.
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVE THE EXISTING SYSTEM HAS CAPACITY FOR THE ADDITIONAL
FLOWS IF WANT TO USE THE EXISTING SYSTEM.
