RE: THE ORCHARD @ CLARENDON HILLS
Dear Mr. Nordic:
As you may be aware, the one (1) year contractors warranty on the above
referenced project is due to expire on June 15, 1991.
On Friday May 23, 1991, I visually inspected the project with Dennis
Donovan and found the following deficiencies:
* Fifty-one (51) linear feet of cracked or broken curb, gutter
and sidewalk at various locations on Abbey Rd. and Whitehall
Ct.
* Approximately 1000 square feet of slightly damaged asphalt
pavement on Ashford Ln.
Please be advised that the warranty period will be extended until these
repairs are complete. Feel free to contact me at (303) 221-6605 if you have any
