Collins, CO 80525 RE: THE ORCHARD @ CLARENDON HILLS Dear Mr. Nordic: As you may be aware, the one (1) year contractors warranty on the above referenced project is due to expire on June 15, 1991. On Friday May 23, 1991, I visually inspected the project with Dennis Donovan and found the following deficiencies: * Fifty-one (51) linear feet of cracked or broken curb, gutter and sidewalk at various locations on Abbey Rd. and Whitehall Ct. * Approximately 1000 square feet of slightly damaged asphalt pavement on Ashford Ln.
