Dear Mr. Barnes:
We are requesting a minor amendment to the Development Agreement for Side Hill
Neighborhood for the installation of street trees. Due to the lack of performance by the developer for the
installation of landscaping, it has been requested that we escrow monies for each lot still remaining that
Jamestown Builders, LLC owns. We have calculated that each street tree costs $250.00, and we are
proposing that a commensurate level of money be held in escrow by the city to assure the installation of
street trees on our lots (125% of the actual cost). The total number of trees on each lot is in the following
schedule.
The addresses that we would like to include in this minor amendment are the following:
2133 Sandbur- Lot 11, Block 10 (4 trees) 2145 Cocklebur - Lot 16, Block 9 (2 trees)
2139 Sandbur -Lot 12, Block 10 (1 tree) 2151 Cocklebur - Lot 17, Block 9 (2 trees)
2120 Cocklebur - Lot 10, Block 10 (5 trees) 2203 Cocklebur - Lot 18, Block 9 (2 trees)
2126 Cocklebur- Lot 91 Block 10 (1 tree) 2209 Cocklebur- Lot 19, Block 9 (1 tree)
2132 Cocklebur -Lot 8, Block 10 (1 tree) 2215 Cocklebur - Lot 20, Block 9 (1 tree)
