Due to the lack of performance by the developer for the installation of landscaping, it has been requested that we escrow monies for each lot still remaining that Jamestown Builders, LLC owns. We have calculated that each street tree costs $250.00, and we are proposing that a commensurate level of money be held in escrow by the city to assure the installation of street trees on our lots (125% of the actual cost). The total number of trees on each lot is in the following schedule.
