Even with this you are not meeting the parking set back (50 feet for a collector). A variance to this standard needs to be submitted or another parking stall needs to be eliminated. Provide a walk from the street to the building. If there is a curb along this walk than curb stops are not needed. Provide detail D-1 1 Curb and Gutter Details and detail D-15 New Driveway Approach Detail for moditving the driveway width. Provide Utility Plan signature block on the utility plans. Add the general notes that are indicated on the site plan.
