sheet and details will need to be provided with this set
-'Fite cover sheet needs to be modified to show the additional two pages
- The plans sheets need to be marked on Lot 2 to see sheets 8 and 9 for correct
layout and grading.
Easement dedication statement needs to be modified as indicated on the attached comment.

The following items need to be addressed on the drainage and access easement dedication
received for Oakridge BP. 21 st filing_ The original dedication statement, a sample dedication
statement and procedure statement are attached
Thefollowing needs to be added to the dedication statement:
• maintenance statement - see sample for language
• City acceptance block - see sample for language- Note: City will not sign this document
as a grantee, acceptance of easement dedication is by council action and vacation of
easements is done by P and Z action. No signature other than the clerks acceptance is
needed,

The building as shown encroaches on the plated utility easements. This property needs to be
replaced or the easements need to be vacated prior to approval.
The grading shown on this plan out along Harmony differs from that shown on the approved
plans.
The existing utility plans need to be modified to reflect the new layout or a new set of utility plans
need to be submitted.
