1. Need to design right turn lane startingat Oakridge Drive intersection to Harmony Rd.
2. Need to construct right turn lane with this project.
3. Colorado Department of Transportation requires a modification to the State Access
Permit, Work with Tess Jones, Access Coordinator (970) 350 - 2163.
4. Bike Lanes are to be 8 feet in width
6. Fade out background and only highlight what is being constructed, remove unnecessary
detail
7. Increase size of street cross sections, maintain straight line grade from existing crown to
proposed lip of gutter

1. Need to verify and show deceleration and acceleration lengths meet the new State
requirements, show in detail existing conditions
2. Need to include a signal plan of intersection of McMurrary with Harmony
3. Check with City Traffic Engineer if any improvements to the North side of McMurrary
will be required.

ENGINEERING
1. This project will be subject to Colorado Department of Transportation regulations as it
pertains to Ilarmony Road. Additional Right -of -Way will be required, A CDOT Access Permit
will be required.
2. Show all existing and proposed easements on plat
3. Off -Site easement needed at storm water connection on Oakridge Drive?
4. Right turn / thru lane to be constructed from Oakridge Drive to Harmony
5. Sidewalk outside of R.O.W. needs to be in a public access easement
6. 80 foot set back requirement is from future edge of pavement not existing - _
7. An acceleration lane is needed on Harmony per CDOT Access Code 3.8.5c, other
requirements may be needed after CDOT review.
8. Show intersection of the north leg of McMurrary, how does this line up with what is being
proposed
9. Work with Traffic Engineer for signing and striping
10. Provide cross slope of existing street and proposed lane addition at 50 foot intervals.
Maintain existing cross slopes
11. Use City of Fort Collins vertical curb,gutter standards Detail 11
