built at the same time.
• The sidewalk along the northern edge of the site needs to be 6 foot in accordance with the
approved site plan not 4.5 feet as shown.
• Modify details as shown
• Provide the new access ramp detail for the Boardwalk/ private drive access. (Across from
Oakridge Dr) Also need sidewalk ramp detail for the ramps at the southern access.
• Provide a entrance detail for Boardwalk/ private drive entrance across from Oakridge Dr.

Provide a path connection from the vacated Palmer Drive to Oakridge Drive.
The northern access drive needs to match the width of the travel lanes on Oakridge Drive.
That should be 38 feet. It can narrow as it goes away from Boardwalk
The entrance curb radii can be 15 feet max.

• Section BB on sheets 3 and 4 - What is the slope >oing toward the concrete pan.
• The access drive into the storage place now has a radius entrance, where in the previous
submittal it had been shown as the standard driveway cut for a vertical curb. A radius
access is allowed. The radius can be 15 feet maNimuni and a new detail needs to be
provided for this drive as the one shown on the detail sheet is for the previous type of cut.
• The sidewalk along the northern edge of the site needs to be 6 foot in accordance with the
site plan not 4 5 feet as shown_ Also please label the width of the drive for the office's
parking lot.

L Additional ROW should be dedicated to the back of walk and the easement provided behind
the ROW.
2. Provide dimensions and the reception # for the existing US West easement. Is this an exclusive
easement? If so it needs to be labeled as such. It also appears to be configured incorrectly based
on US West previous comments.
Site Plan
3. Off site access/ construction easement is needed for the northern access at the time of final
submittal.
4. Suggest that the median at the storage entrance is eliminated. Due to the large turning radius
of trucks and the fact that most renters of these trucks are not used to them this median will
probably be hit many a time.
5. The nose of the median (if kept) needs to be placed 20 feet minimum from the flowline of the
street. See Section 1.02.03.10 of the design standards.
6. Provide Row to the back of walk.
