Detailed description of the change and reason(s) for the reques
1 - Add 5,500 sq. ft. of office space within the existing warehouse space (interior)
2 - Exterior remodeling, a) at northeast corner as per attached drawings, and b) at northwest corners of building
by adding a 2nd floor level exterior deck and roof over.
3 - Site; a) add employee Patio on east side of building, and b) revise landscaping as per attached Landscape
drawing.
