HLD 02/17/2004 9:24:02 AM Per Sheri Wamhoff:
1) Provide a traffic study that addresses pick up and drop off circulation
and traffic and how the school is going to deal w/traffic.
2) Provide more information on the start and end times. Will there be
staggered starts for the different grade levels or do they all start at the
same time?
3) Identify where the drop off and pick up areas are. How are the area;
going to be identified and enforced?

Per Doug Martine - No issues. Records indicate that site currently has one
electric meter with a capacity of 1200 amps at 277.480 volts. If applicant
needs to change the electric service to anything else, contact Doug
Martine.
Per Tom Reiff:
Please provide the following information or address the concem:
1) Please explain how the students pick up/drop off area will function and
locate on the site plan. This may require site changes.
2) Please locate bike racks near the school's primary entrance - not the
service area.
3) Will there be different start and end times for the various age groups of
students? How will this affect circulation?
Provide a TIS to address how students will arrive and the above concerns.
If you would like we may be able to arrange a meeting with Traffic and
Transportation Planning, PSD to discuss traffic flow for pick up and drop
off.
Approved with condition that bike racks are moved to front of building.
