To whom it may concern:
The purpose for the vacation is to place a shed from "Tuff Shed" in the location as noted on the
attached drawing. The location is already occupied with a movable, roll-on storage unit that we rent
from waste management. Currently, the storage unit measures, 8'-0" X 24'-0" with the long dimension
running east and west. The purposed vacation would entail use basically, to rotate the new proposed
shed 90 degrees to the south, therefore the 20'-0" dimension, would now be running north and south.
What is currently proposed, would take up two parking lot spaces, however it also impedes with the
flow of traffic through that area. The new proposal would lessen the opportunity for a bottleneck of
traffic through that area. The new proposal, would however take up three parking spaces. After meeting
briefly with Peter Barnes, he had concluded that two parking spaces, based off of the original proposal
would not be a problem. My hope is that one more parking space will not be an issue for the new
proposal. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help in this process.
