The traffic circle is a good calming device so vehicles do not speed though the parking lot. I lowever, the traffic circle should have a larger width so that the travel lanes are reduces on either side to 20 feet. As a consequence of the larger diameter the setback from Troutman Parkway to the traffic circle will be reduced.
