RE: Indian Hills Village Phase 11 PUD
Dick Rutherford is responding to the last few minor comments relating to the Indian
Hills Village Phase 11 PUD utility plans, He will get these back to you on Friday.
At that time, if there is anything you can do to expedite this matter enabling Mike to
sign off on it which will then enable Steve Olt to get the plat recorded, I would be most
appreciative.
As you know, we are trying to get the garage moved and get this older building
renovated so it integrates attractively into the Indian Hills Village project and does not
have a negative impact on the project in any way, particularly since it is right at the
front.
Virtually all of the utilities and public improvements around the site are constructed
and in light of this, this PUD is really a formality necessary for us to pull our building
permit. I would very much appreciate therefore if we can expedite it so we can get the
plat recorded, pull the building permit, and get the garage moved before bad weather
sets in.
Thank you.

Dear Mike,
On Friday July 7, 1995, I met with Kerri Ashbeck and Jeff Butler at the Indian Hills
Village subdivision site. After measuring the black top pavement, I found we have a 20'
drive aisle. Therefore, we will not require any additional changes.
I did note that the southern most street had only 19' 8" of pavement between the curb and
gutter and will have to be replaced. In addition, the project manager, Jeff Butler stated he
world sign the area "No Parking' "Fire Lane" and insert language making the
homeowners association responsible for enforcing parking in the subdivision.
Sincerely,
