Site/Landscape
• The sidewalk along the North needs to be extended east to the property line.
• The interior parking stalls need to be 19 feet in width. As these parking spaces are head to
head the stall length can not be reduced as there is no overhang. The exterior parking stall
can be reduced to 17 feet as they overhang the sidewalk and landscaping.
• The section cut on the Landscape Plan shows the walk along Brittany as being attached.
Please show this correctly.
• Label what is to be an enhanced cross walk and what is to be raised cross walk.
Utility
• Show the needed drainage easements on the plat.
• Indicate the driveway widths.
• Provide details for and label the enhanced cross walks and the raised pedestrian crossing.
• Provide a striping plan for Brittany Street.
• Provide driveway (access drives) detail

• Showing an access onto Trilby with a future phase. This will be reviewed as part of the
ODP

• Provide additional 1.5 feet of ROW along Brittany and an additional 7.5 feet of ROW
along Trilby Rd and Lemay Ave.
• Provide a 9 foot utility easement behind the new ROW on Brittany and provide a 15 foot
utility easement behind the new ROW on Lemay Ave and Trilby Rd.
• Provide necessary easements for drainage and detention.
