Andy - thanks for forwarding the information on the sidewalk around the NE corner of Wheaton/Harmony.
OakRidge Business Park. Association will allow you to complete the work on its property as submitted, however,
you will be responsible to make any necessary repairs to the irrigation system and landscaping. Do you have a
draft of a "letter of intent" outlining the information that you need to submit to the City? It would help speed things
along. Also, are you going to need any kind of drainage or utility easement on this property? Please let me know
if there's anything else that needs to be addressed in the letter.
Regarding the Spring Creek ditch, good news! The Park developer bought up all water and ditch rights when they
bought the ground, and the ditch no longer delivers any water. So, no action needs to be taken with any ditch
company and/or owner.

Cathy RECEIVED

Cathy,
Please find the attached files for the Northwest Corner of the Holiday Inn Express site. The city is
requiring us to continue the Bicycle trail along Harmony Road and construct a sidewalk along Wheaton
Drive. We are required to trim the Existing Hedges two -feet back from the proposed walks. The existing
brick wall will not be affected during constructed. There are two Chokecherry Trees along Wheaton Drive
that will need to be removed as well. I have attached a portion of the site plan and of the landscape plan
for your review. We are intending to resubmit our revised plans to the city on January 29th. Feel free to
contact me with any questions or concerns. We need a letter of intent that you, the owner, "do not object
to work within your property" in order to obtain a public hearing.
We are also having difficulty identifying the owner of the Spring Canyon Lateral "Ditch" along Harmony
Road. We need permission from them as well. Please ask Stu McMillan to contact me if he can be of
assistance in this matter.
If this scope of work is acceptable, please address the letter to the owner and send a copy to us. Thank
you.
Sincerely,
Andrew Warder

Jeff,
All the checks can be made out to "City of Fort Collins" (except the recording fee for the easement of $21
which is to Larimer County Clerk and Recorder).
Inspection fee of 1,752.00 (check made out to City of Fort Collins) is delivered to me in Engineering. The
letter of credit (33,651.85) also goes to me. The pavement impact fee is made out to the City of Fort
Collins and paid to the front desk at Engineering. I believe I sent out the permit for this that needs to be
filled out and submitted with the check. The impact fee was tripled because of the new pavement being
less than 5 years old. I'd suggest contacting Lance Newlin (416-2011) on any question regarding this fee.
The erosion control amount is 14,691.75, sent to the stormwater department (check to "City of Fort
Collins"). They also accept a letter of credit for this if you prefer instead of a check. You'll want to contact
Wes Lemarque at Stormwater (416-2478) for any guidance on their letter of credit language.
The "invoice" for the letter of credit and inspection fees is the actual DCP permit, which gets issued upon
getting these and the other mentioned items. The pavement impact fee invoice is the permit form that
was sent out. The erosion control amount was specified in both the stormwater report and the
development agreement.
Hope this helps,
Marc

Marc -
I need to know who to make the checks out to and who to deliver them to.
$ 1752.00 for Inpection Fee
$ 4813.00 for Pavement Impact Fee(Does this seem kind of high?)
Letter of Credit - Who does this go to? You?
How much is the Erosion control?
Who gets this fee?
Do you have some sort of invoice for all these fees?
Thanks -
Jeff Lamont
