Submittal Information:
1. Legal Description of site: Fort Collins Subdivision, Block 96, Sl/2 lot 11 and
N1/2lot 12.
2. Statement of objectives: The building is used by students at Colorado State
University who usually walk or bicycle to attend religious classes during the day
or attend church on Sunday. Additional classrooms are needed to fulfill the needs
of the student population. The building is also being remodeled to upgrade the
entire facility.
3. The building is constructed of red brick with gray trim. The addition will match
the existing building.
4. Zone NCB -Use Church/Religious classes.
5. Site Plan Tabulations:
1. Building Size Existing = 5,021 s.f.
New = 3,744 s.f.
Total = 8,765 s.f. = 64.1 % of site
2. Parking size = 1800 s.f. = 9.5% of site.
3. Sidewalks = 2186 s.f. = 11.5% of site.
4. Landscaping = 6249 s.f. = 32% of site.
6. Parking 6 standards spaces
2 handicapped spaces
22 standard spaces on North lot.
Typical stall dimensions = 9'x 19'
7. Building height = 14 feet
8. Existing fences shall remain on North and South property lines.
9. Stone wall sign is existing, next to the front door.
10. A temporary modular building will be set on the North parking lot during
construction.
