Boundary Closes. 2. Title - change to "Richard's Lake PUD Replat of Lots 8-10" 3. Some of the Text is too small for line width and will not scan or reproduce well. 4. The line and text of this plat drawing is very good. Number: 8 Created: 8/19/2004 [8/19/04] Make corrections to certificate of dedication language, repair guarantee language, and attorney certification language as shown on the plat. Number: 9 Created: 8/19/2004 [8/19/041 Add the following note to the plat: All easements shown on lots 8, 9, and 10 of Richards Lake Subdivision are hereby vacated by this plat and rededicated as shown hereon. Number: 10 Created: 8/19/2004 18/19/04] Revision to sheet C50 This is not needed, please don't revise this sheet the plan scale is so small and the document is not clean enough to even see the lot line change you are proposing. Number: 11 Created: 8/19/2004 [8/19/04] Revisions to sheet C19 What is meant by revision #5? There is no stationing shown on this plan and if a change to the street design is occurring we also need to see the play, and profile sheet for that street with the changes shown for review and approval. Under revision #5 list the changes that are being done with this revision within the area bubbled as #5 Change of lot corner elevations, adjust min finished floor elevation, add phasing notation. Also need to bubble the phase 2 additional text that is not within the other bubble. I bubbled the changes that are occurring within the area marked as revision #5 - you do not need to do that. The overall bubble is adequate. I was just trying to determine what had changed. How are the lot corners at the street changing when the street profile hasn't changed? Include copies of the approval signatures for the 4 revisions that have been approved. The plat name in the statement of ownership needs to match the title. RESPONSE: The plat name in the statement of ownership was revised to match the title on all three mylars. 2. Missing attorney signature. RESPONSE: The attorney has signed all three mylars. 3. Missing a date with the owners signature. RESPONSE: The date was added to the owner signature on all three mylars. 4. The line and text of this plat drawing is very good. RESPONSE: Thank you. None required. ISSUES: Utility Plan Revisions Sheets C9, C19, C25, C67, C78 Topic: Original Mylars with City Signatures Created: 10/25/2004 1. "Sticky back" copies of original approvals on all mylars and provide mylar copies (without sticky backs) and seven (7) signed and stamped blueline prints for files. RESPONSE: This was done. 839? Two sets of info is provided on the sheet. No way to determine which is correct. X out or remove old info and return mylar for filing with three blueline copies. RESPONSE: New lines or heavier lines have been added through the old info to X it out more clearly. Please note that this sheet is not marked "RECORD DRAWING" and is NOT an as -built. Because of this, we have assumed the above comment on Utility Plan Revisions will apply. Therefore, we "Sticky backed" copies of original approvals on the mylar and provided you with a mylar copy (without sticky backs) and seven (7) signed and stamped blueline prints for your files. Please return with the post -it notes intact. RESPONSE: The post -it notes were removed and thrown away by the printer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
