NOTE :
1) No direct vehicular access will be taken from Harmony Road
for this development.

3) The pedestrian system proposed for this project shall be the
attached sidewalk adjacent to all streets within this
project.
4) All streets as shown within this project are to be dedicated
as public right-of-ways.
5) The perimeter treatment of the project shall be as follows:
Existing masonry and iron fence along Harmony Road and east
side of site, as shown on the site plan, to remain. All
other perimeter screening shall be at the discretion of the
individual lot owners. See Landscape Plan for additional
screening detail along Harmony Road.
6) Variances from City standard design criteria:
There is one such variance incorporated into this project. It
is relative to the offset of opposing street intersections
along Hilburn Drive. The distance between the centerlines of
