Michelle and Rhys,
This email is to be considered as official notification that the minor amendment application to change the
use of the former Longs Drug building at 932 W. Drake Road in Fort Collins to a warehouse/office use for
Tolmar has been approved with a condition. The condition stipulates that no truck/trailer parking or
storage can occur on the shopping center site, other than for those trucks/trailers that are necessary for
the daily operation activities of the office/warehouse use.
