If you cannot move the wall, a variance request and exhibit must be submitted so I can route that to all of the utilities for their review and approval. If this sidewalk is to be installed with the Phase 2 expansion, please label it as such. Based on the traffic volumes, a 12-foot two-way left turn lane will be acceptable in place of a median.
