entirety so that we end up with a constructable design.

[4/21/09] There is a retaining wall shown within the UE along Lincoln. Please move the wall
to the north so that no portion of it lies within the easement. If you cannot move the wall, a
variance request and exhibit must be submitted so I can route that to all of the utilities for
their review and approval. This process can take approximately 2 weeks though, it might be
easier and faster to move the wall.

[4/21/09] Sheet EX1 - Please add eop and the type III barricade to the legend. Please
show any demo for the Link N Greens driveway realignment. Need to show the surrounding
existing features as it pertains to the drive.

and show how it ties into existing. Please do the same for the Odell driveway to the east.

[4/21/09] Overall comment - the site plan is showing the concrete sidewalk connection as
"future". If this sidewalk is to be installed with the Phase 2 expansion, please label it as
such. Please change the "future expandsion" to read "Phase 2 Future Expansion" so that
the plan sets match. ***This sidewalk may be required in Phase I to meet your sidewalk
connection requirements. Please see Planning or Transp Planning if you have any
questions.

elevations at the row and around the curb returns. The proposed offsite grading needs to tie
into existing and it appear that some proposed contours aroudn the site do not tie in as well.

[11/17/08) Per the memo dated November 11, 2008, Lincoln Avenue will remain a four -lane
arterial. Based on the traffic volumes, a 12-foot two-way left turn lane will be acceptable in
place of a median.

[11/17/08] Per the letter from the City Traffic Engineer, Transportation staff will conditionally
support the variance request for a second access point on Lincoln Avenue. This support is
contingent upon the realignment of the golf course driveway to match the proposed western
access point.

access (es) remain full movement. If the site is approved for the additional access, a second
left turn lane or a continuous left turn lane may also be required.

Traffic Impact Memo Info has a statement about daily trips for truck traffic. Please clarify if
that is 10 daily trips for Semi's and 10 additional daily trips for delivery trucks, or if that is 10
total trips from semi's and delivery trucks.
