Colorado Spine, Pain and Sports Medicine P.C., The office of Ricardo Nieves,
M.D. plan to change locations from 1301 Riverside Ave. to 1437 Riverside Ave.,
Fort Collins. Dr. Nieves will continue to offer the same medical services to his
patients as a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist and Conservative
Non Operative Spine and Sports Medicine Specialist.
A secondary use is also planned to be used by Dr. Nieves as a limited indoor
activity of Kettlebells and Judo. It is planned to operate on 800 square feet for a
total of 23% of the total building space. This will be an accessory use to Dr.
Nieves medical practice and will continue to offer functional training methods and
correct spine mechanics for Dr. Nieves patients and the community of Fort Collins
and Larimer County.
