LEGAL DESCRIPTION,
A permanent easement No. PE-6 of the Department of
Transportation, State of Colorado, Project No. BR-CXBR 261-3(63)
containing 493 square feet, more or less, in the NW 1/4 of
Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 69 West, of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, in Larimer County, Colorado, said easement
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of Section 12, T. 7 N_, R. 69 W., of
the 6TH P.M.; Thence S. 0° 06' 47" W., along the west line of the
NW 1/4 of Section 12, a distance of 218.66 feet; Thence S. 890
40' 52" E., a distance of 74.42 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING;
1. Thence S. 17' 54' 35" E., a distance of 62.12 feet to the
south Property line of that parcel of land described in
Book 2033, Page 0303.
2. Thence N. 66' 36' 13" W., along the south Property Line of
